Summit: Giving Feedback without Feeling Guilty!

by Dina on November 2, 2009

Ever said, I wish I’d said something? When someone totally disappoints you or puts you in a tough situation. Yeah, me too. And, I still do. Except these days I’m more willing to give feedback because there’s just so much good in it. (if you can get past feeling yucky don’t it).

Good news- you can do it. It’s really about reframing the conversation away the usual ‘blame game’ and finger pointing to something a lot more useful. Believe me, it takes off a lot of pressure when you have a learning conversation instead of scolding someone.

I’d love to have you join in. It’ll be fun (really) and it’s free.
