The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
What a perfect quote for anyone who has a vision that needs coaxing into reality. It so resonates with me because my dream, to bring joy back to wedding planning, is one that takes time for others to grasp and appreciate. Although it will take time, and probably involve more obstacles than I’d like, I know that bridal coaching will become an essential in the wedding industry before too long.
If you’re feeling sad, frustrated or depressed because your vision for your wedding isn’t being realized, I understand. Getting everybody on the same page to create your day can be like herding cats-seemingly impossible. But don’t be discouraged. Believe. Believe your day will be wonderful, happy and special no matter what.
It’s kinda sad and a little maddening how few people are willing to believe. To trust that things will work out for the best. Not exactly what you want. Maybe different than you imagined. But the best for all. I’ve lived by that notion and I have to say it’s brought me more blessings than I ever expected. Lots of surprises. And, a great sense of peace.
Ever use a compass? It points out the way calmly, consistently without worry or stress. It knows the way. Be the compass that points your family, friends and wedding team in the right direction. Believe.
