I have very fond feelings about Twinkies, although they probably contain enough preservatives to survive the next global freeze. I really enjoy the spongy yellow cake. And the filling, well, I try not to think about what that might be made of. (Learning that Oreos are filled with lard put me off them forever). If you’re a real snack food junkie you won’t be able to resist the ho-ho/snow globe versions of the Twinkie wedding cake. So cute it makes me want to meet the couple because you KNOW they must be fun.
